Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods GET PILATES offers the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($9.99)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days ($19.99)
Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship to addresses within the continental United States and select international locations. Contact us at contact@trygetpilates.online for international shipping inquiries.
Damage in Transit If your Foldable Pilates Reformer arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and replace or repair your product at no additional cost.
Returns
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be unused and in original, resalable condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Process
- Contact us at contact@trygetpilates.online with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return shipping label
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (beyond inspection)
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
Return Shipping For eligible returns, GET PILATES will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for non-defective returns initiated outside the 30-day window.
