Refund Terms

GET PILATES is committed to your satisfaction. We offer refunds for eligible returns as outlined below.

Eligible Refunds You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your return meets all criteria in our Shipping and Return Policy
  • Your Foldable Pilates Reformer is defective or not as described
  • Your order was not received (in accordance with our shipping confirmation)

Refund Amount Refunds include the full purchase price of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Defective Products If you receive a defective Foldable Pilates Reformer, contact us immediately at contact@trygetpilates.online with photos and a detailed description. We will either:

  • Send you a replacement at no cost
  • Provide a full refund including original shipping costs

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping and handling fees (except for defective products or our error)
  • Taxes and duties (where applicable)
  • Gift cards and promotional codes (unless unused and still valid)

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model, contact us at contact@trygetpilates.online. Exchanges may be subject to additional fees if the new product has a different price.
